Privacy
We collect as little as possible.
This page explains what information KoBe Digital AS receives through this website, and how it is used.
Controller
KoBe Digital AS, Norway, is the controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we process
The contact form opens your own email client, and we receive only what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, company and message. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, time and requested pages in order to deliver and protect the service. The site has no user accounts, payments, analytics or tracking.
Career applications
When you apply through the careers page, we receive the details you enter and any CV you attach. The application is stored in Cloudflare KV and is accessible only to authorised staff. It is used solely to assess your application and communicate with you.
Purpose and legal basis
We process information to answer enquiries and to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Career applications are processed with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and used only for recruitment.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up, normally no longer than 12 months after the matter is closed, unless we need them longer to handle a legal claim. Career applications and CVs are kept for up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Technical logs are kept for as short a time as Cloudflare's service allows.
Processors
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery and security. Our email provider handles messages sent to [email protected]. Game data and images are fetched from Roblox by our own server, so your browser does not connect to Roblox to display them. We do not sell information and do not use it for marketing.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare is a global provider and may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet), but we would appreciate the chance to resolve the matter with you first.
